Our home, built in 2002, is a 3000 sq ft lodge pine cabin in Christmas Valley, a quiet wooded neighborhood near Meyers. It is only minutes from Stateline casinos, and within a 10 minute drive of Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly, and 30 minutes to Kirkwood.
There are 4 bedrooms, (one king, two queen, two twin beds and crib) three baths, and a bonus room with a double futon for a sleeping capacity of 10. The kitchen has double ovens, and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. We also have linens, towels, washer/dryer, BBQ, fireplace, flatscreen tv with cable and DVD. We have stored sleds, beach gear, and some toys and games for our guests enjoyment.
We rent our home to family and friends for $200/nt plus a $120 cleaning fee.
